A Veteran of the war in Vietnam, Ed served with the joined Navy/ Army operation know as the “Brown Water Navy”, stationed at Dong Tam. Later the U.S.S. Vreeland D.E. Known as “Fast Ed” by some he was always a collector of guns. Of many things but especially guns. Ed had more toy guns as a child than any kid in the neighborhood. Ed was a clever man who was social but didn’t mind keeping to himself.

Bless the people at the V.A. and Cooley Dickinson who cared for him. Ed leaves a Niece and Nephews: Joe, Sarah, David, Sam and Sisters Ann, Martha, and brother Stan.

Service will be private at the convenience of the family. Services have been entrusted to the Boucher-O’Brien Funeral Home
