Harold E. Corey, 76, of The Rockridge community in Northampton, and formally of Easthampton, died on November 3, 2022 at Cooley Dickinson Hospital. Born in Lewiston, Maine on December 20, 1945, he was the son of Raymond and Arlene (Stevens) Corey, he was raised in Maine and was a graduate of the Edward Little High School in Auburn, Maine.
On August 24, 1968, he married Judith (Condon) Corey, then settled in Easthampton and they raised their family. Harold worked for the Trico Vending Company for over 29 years. He also worked 11 years at the College Highway Variety Store. After retirement he was a driverfor Classic Foods of Greenfield then drove for Balise Honda in West Springfield. Harold was a 50 year member of the Court St. Baptist Church in Maine.
He will be dearly missed by his son, Kevin Corey of Arkansas, his beloved daughter, Brenda Corey of Easthampton, and his brother Robert Corey and wife, Kathy of Belfast, Maine. He was a loving grandfather to; Emily, Dylan, and Jack Corey and also Josephine Judith Corey.
Calling hours will be held from the Boucher - O'Brien Funeral Home, 7 Pleasant St. Easthampton on Sunday, November 13 from 2 to 4 PM. His funeral service will begin on Monday, November 14 meeting at the funeral home for 10 AM. His burial will follow in Saint Brigids Cemetery, Easthampton.
