Lillian T. Langlois, 90, passed away on April 14, 2023, at The Reserve in East Longmeadow. Born in West Springfield on June 1, 1932, she was the daughter of Albert and Alphonsine (Labrecque) Cloutier. She attended schools in West Springfield and later went on to work at the family grocery store Cloutier's Market in Northampton, later she also worked in produce for Big Y for many years. She was predeceased by her husband Donald L. Langlois in 2016, they were married on September 18, 1954 and they shared over 62 years together. For both Lillian and Donald Saturday nights were their night to go to dinner and dancing, being found frequently at the Ivanhoe, Baystate Hotel, Chicopee Elk's, with their friends that in total made up six couples, so the referred to themselves as the dirty dozen.
Lillian will be dearly missed by her children. She leaves her sons; Richard and his wife Holly Langlois of Leesburg, FL, Raymond and Patricia Langlois of West Springfield, her daughters; Vicki and her husband Joseph Violet of Sebastian, FL, Pamela More and Barry Jerdee of Phoenix, AZ. She also leaves her sister Doris Hebert, a sister-in-law Ruth Cloutier and sister-in-law Irene Cloutier all of Easthampton.
She was predeceased by her brothers, Robert and Norman Cloutier, sisters Lucile LaLiberte and Claire Viens.
Lillian's funeral will begin on Thursday, April 20, at 9AM from the Boucher – O'Brien Funeral Home, 7 Pleasant St. Easthampton, with a Funeral Liturgy in Our Lady of The Valley Parish at 10AM. Her burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.
