Linda Drozdowski 1954-2026

Linda Drozdowski (Lozowski) passed away unexpectedly on January 28th, 2026. She is survived by her twin daughters, Jessica Damon (Easthampton, MA) and Joanne Desrochers (Myrtle Beach, SC), and her grandson Jackson.

To say that Jackson was her pride and joy is an understatement. As much as she loved her daughters. she loved her grandson on a whole different level. The day she met him in the hospital is one of her most cherished memories. To see her holding him and the love she had for him at only 12 hours old - it was beautiful. She retired from school bus driving to be his caregiver when Joanne returned to work and it was a few of the most rewarding years of her life. When Jackson got older, a favorite thing to do was take him to Sumo with Cioci Jessica. When Joanne and her family moved to Myrtle Beach, Linda made numerous trips to spend time with them and truly valued the time spent with Jackson, AKA “Babci’s buddy”.

Linda also enjoyed gallivanting with Jessica. Whether it was a concert, broadway show, movie, or just a nice dinner, it was always a great time. Jessica would ask her about her availability on a date and her response would be, “Why? What do you have tickets to now?” Going to these shows without her concert buddy is going to be difficult for Jessica.

Lastly, Linda was very active in volunteering at the Easthampton Community Center. It was something she looked forward to, and even planned her appointments around it. Thank you to Mrs. Bialecki and crew for being such a big part of her life.

From Jess and Joanne:

We have honored our mother’s wishes - there wasn’t, and won’t be, any services. In lieu of services, we only ask this: Please don’t take your loved ones for granted. Send that text message, make that phone call, spend time together - even if it’s only for a cup of coffee, because you never know when that last time will be. Our time with Mom was cut short, but you can honor her by making time in your day to show your friends, family, and loved ones that you care.

We love you, Mom. Love you, bye.
