Easthampton: Lucille C. Lussier, 95, died on December 17, 2020 at Linda Manor in Northampton, born on October 6, 1925, in Northampton, she was the daughter of Emile and Blanche (Stuart) Lussier. Lucille grew up in Easthampton and went to boarding school in Montreal, she came back to receive her pharmacy degree. She was the head pharmacist for Cooley Dickinson Hospital for over 30 years. Lucille served on the board of the Easthampton Library and also volunteered in the Easthampton School System. She was a communicant of the former Notre Dame Church and later part of the Our Lady of the Valley Parish.
Lucille was predeceased by her parents and leaves her four beloved nieces; Cathy and Rick O’Sullivan of Maryland, Diane and Alan St Martin of Southampton, Mary and David Rivest of Southampton and Christine and Craig Ovitt of Southampton. She was predeceased by her brother Raymond, a baby brother Edgar and also a younger sister Jill. Lucille cherished her eleven great nieces and nephews and also twelve great-great nieces and nephews. Her funeral service will be Tuesday December 22, meeting for her Funeral Mass at 11 am in Our Lady of the Valley Church, her burial will take place in St. Stanislaus Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital. The Boucher-O’Brien Funeral Home was entrusted with her arrangements.
