Yolande J. Korona passed away Friday November 3, 2023, in her home surrounded by family. Born in Easthampton on February 11, 1930, to Joseph and Delia (Bourgault) Korona.
What do we say about Mrs. Yolande Korona; a long-time staple of the Easthampton area and its community; a woman who was small but mighty, fiercely loyal to her family, and a sassy personality to match that loyalty.
Our hearts are broken. Momma K’s departure leaves a mighty hole, but we will fill that sacred vacancy with what she loved the most… Music.
While the heavens have gained an angel like no other, we here will miss that sass and genuine love of life.
Calling hours will be this Wednesday November 8, 2023, 4-6PM at Boucher – O’Brien Funeral Home, 7 Pleasant St, Easthampton.
All are invited to attend her graveside service at Saint Brigid's Cemetery 91 Everett St. Easthampton meeting at the cemetery for Noontime on Thursday November 9, 2023.
