Don Truehart of Easthampton was called home, unexpectedly, on January 1, 2023. Don was born in Northampton on May 7, 1961, he was the son of the late George Harold Ackhart and Henriette Truehart. He attended schools in Northampton. For over 30 years he was employed by Notch Mechanical and by taking courses he obtained his Millwright and later his pipe fitters licenses.
He leaves behind his loving wife Beverly (Hussey) Truehart, a sister Carrie Silver and her husband Jeff of Huntington, Several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by several of his older siblings. Donations in Don's memory can be made to Westfield Homeless Cat Project or The Cancer Connection.
Calling hours will be at the Boucher - O'Brien Funeral Home, 7 Pleasant St, Easthampton on Wednesday January 11 from 5-7PM.
Private family burial for Donald Truehart will be March 12, 2023 at Noontime. Spring Grove Cemetery, 300 North Maple Street. Florence, MA
