Beatrice Boisjolie, 96, passed away on August 5, 2021 at DayBrook Village in Holyoke. She was born on October 25, 1924 in Holyoke and was the daughter of Leo and Anna (Ostiguy) Isabelle. She grew up in Holyoke and married the love of her life Edward J Boisjolie, Sr. they shared over 73 years of marriage together. Bea retired in 1988 from the Avery Dennison National Paper Company in Holyoke where she worked for over 21 years. She was a former member of Sacred Heart Church in Easthampton, and now a communicant of Our Lady of Blessed Sacrament Church. She was a member of the golden ages of Holyoke and participated in many activities through the Easthampton Friends of the Council on Aging. She will be dearly missed by her husband Edward, her three sons Thomas of Agawam, Lawrence of SC and Edward, II of Easthampton along with her two daughters Shirley Cadieux of Methuen and Eileen Gotta of Ludlow. She was a loving grandmother and great grandmother and had several nieces and nephews that will all miss her dearly.
The funeral services for Beatrice will be on Thursday meeting at Our Lady of Blessed Sacrament Church for a 10AM, located on 127 Holyoke Rd., Westfield, her interment will follow in South Hadley in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours will be held at the Boucher-O'Brien Funeral Home, 7 Pleasant St., Easthampton on Wednesday, August 11th from 4 to 6.
In lieu of flowers Memorial donations may be made to Our Lady of Blessed Sacrament Church in Westfield.
