Eric Jonathan Donnis passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of his family on May 27, 2021. Eric was born on April 5, 1977 and was a lifelong resident of Easthampton.
He is survived by his loving parents Evelyn and David Donnis. His amazing children, Mason and Connor Donnis, and their Mother Katie Hanchett. His brother, Michael Donnis and partner Danielle Brazeau. His sister, Melissa Stevens and her husband, David Stevens. His three nieces and nephew- Olivia Donnis, Alana Donnis, Maeve Stevens and Finn Stevens.
Eric was an incredibly talented chef. In cooking, he could express himself and show his love. He was a fan of golf, music, Star Wars and watching his boys play football. But, of all the things he loved what he loved most and was so proud of was his children.
It is said that no beauty shines brighter than that of a good heart. All that were blessed to know and share his life were lucky to have felt that. May his love shine down always and forever.
Calling hours for Eric will be held on Saturday, June 5 at the Boucher-O’Brien Funeral Home, 7 Pleasant St., Easthampton from 12-2PM. A pray service will be held at 2PM.
